All services are currently offered both in-person and virtually. I am licensed to practice in Massachusetts and Maine.

Individual Adult Therapy

Goal-oriented psychotherapy for adults (ages 18+). All genders, all ages, all races, all sexual orientations, all bodies welcome.

Individual Adolescent Therapy

Goal-oriented psychotherapy for adolescents ages 14-18 years old. All genders, all races, all sexual orientations, all bodies welcome.

Parent & Loved One Coaching for Eating Disorder Recovery

Coaching for parents or loved ones supporting a child, partner, or friend working on recovery from an eating disorder.

Fee for Service & Insurance Reimbursement

My fee for a 45-50 minute therapy session is $195. I do not currently accept insurance. However, I can provide information that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement if you receive out-of-network benefits. I recommend calling your insurance company before our first meeting to verify your out-of-network benefits as well as how your benefits work towards meeting your deductible. Many PPO insurance plans do reimburse for a percentage of my fee, sometimes up to 80% coverage.
